Delta specification Banga Soup prepared by Isy’s Kitchen with Goat Meat, Beef, Asorted, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Catfish, Croaker Fish, Titus Fish, Crab or Prawns, depending on the choice of the customer:
Banga Soup Ingredients:
- Meat, Fish or Seafoods based on Customer’s Choice.
- 1 kg palm fruit or 800 tinned palm fruit concentrated
- Dried fish or catfish
- 2 medium onions
- 2 teaspoons grinded crayfish
- Red bonnet chilli pepper
- Ogiri okpei iru( seasoning mix)
- Knorr cubes
- Salt to taste
Note: Customer to select and order the soup based on the protein of choice.
Banga Soup Consumption:
Banga Soup are consumed with either Starch, Eba, Fufu, Semo, Amala, Boiled Rice, Boiled Yam, Boiled Plantain etc.
