Product Description:

Amineru Spicy Groundnut Flour is a product of Amineru Foods processed from Auchi Special groundnut for that very spicy groundnut soup with excellent tastes and nutrients. Amineru Spicy Groundnut Flour is sold in 1Kg per pack and cartons that contains 12 packs.

How to Prepare the Product:

• Put about 750ml of water in a pot and allow to boil.
• Add cooking oil, the enclosed spices, the already boiled meat/fish, add vegetable (optional).
• Mix Amineru Groundnut Flour with the meat stock into a smooth paste and pour into the pot.
• Stir very well to remove lumps.
• Add salt, onions and pepper to taste and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
• Do not cover the pot while cooking.

The meal is served hot with any swallow of your choice, or as sauce for white rice.
