1. Product Description: 

Amineru Yellow Garri is a product of Amineru Foods processed from fresh cassava tubers with palm oil, used to make Eba
Swallow. It can be used to eat any soups.  The Amineru Yellow Garri is sold in 1Kg pack and cartons of 12 packs.

How to Prepare the Product:

• Boil water to 100 degrees Celsius.
• Put about 300ml of boiled water in a bowl and sprinkle 400g of Amineru Garri into it until it solidifies.
• Turn with a wooden spoon until it is smooth.
• Serve hot with any soup of your choice.
