Afang Soup prepared by Isy’s Kitchen with the below listed ingredients:
- 15 cups sliced freshwater leaves.
- 3 cups grinded fresh oziza leaves
- 1/2 cups grinded crayfish
- 1 stockfish head (medium size)
- 1.5 cups of palm oil
- 1 cup of periwinkle (optional)
- 1 Knorr cubes
- 2 medium size dried fish
- 6 scotch bonnet peppers
- Snail (optional)
- 2 kg assorted meat
- Salt to taste
The soup is tasty and delicious.
