How to Prepare the Product:

• Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, add the rice and water in a ratio of 1:2 ( 1 cup (185g) of rice for 50cl of water. Bring the water to boil under medium heat, the reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until the water is absorbed and rice is tender.
  Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes to steam before fluffing with a fork. Serve hot with stew.
