Egusi Pepper Soup prepared by Isy’s Kitchen with the below listed ingredients:
- Water as desired
- 1/2 goat meat (parboiled)
- 1 teaspoon Cameroon pepper
- 2 roasted seeds grinded ehuru spices
- 1/2 peak milk cups of melon
- Pepper soup spice
- 1 teaspoon Cameroon pepper
- Seasoning
- Salt to taste
The soup is tasty and delicious.
