Dolah Ijebu Garri is a product of Dolah Foods produced from cassava tubers. It is used to make eba to eat any Nigerian Soups and often served soaked with groundnut and milk.
How to Prepare the Product:
- Boil water to 100 degrees Celsius.
- Put about 300ml of boiled water in a bowl and sprinkle 400g of Amineru Garri into it until it solidifies.
- Turn with a wooden spoon until it is smooth.
- Serve hot with any soup of your choice.
